Nick is a gentle and compassionate psychotherapist and social worker who helps clients make sense of their mental health difficulties and how to resolve these difficulties.

Nick is an experienced and accredited mental health counselor (AMHSW) with expertise in counseling, psychotherapy, social work, and mindfulness.

He additionally specializes in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) in repairing post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, nervousness, and anxiety, and also has knowledge with treating relationship problems, trouble gambling, drug and alcohol addiction, and ADHD.

He has a wealth of expertise working with a variety of age groups. As such, his services can support his clients in a variety of areas, including family, self, and social functioning.

Nick has first-hand experience with anxiety and knows how to relate to others in stressful situations, which ultimately helped him to grow and lead various projects. This past experience has led him to love helping others with heavy problems and leading projects to help overcome the stigma of mental health.

Although therapeutic sessions can make you feel like an outsider, Nick’s sympathetic and caring attitude will make you feel safe and secure.
